Printer Installation

You must create a HelpDesk ticket for a printer installation. Please CC me (KimAnderson@lbschools.net). I may be able to complete the installation before a tech can get to it.

Software Installation

You must create a HelpDesk ticket for a software installation, even for free software. Please CC me (KimAnderson@lbschools.net). If/when the installation is approved, I may be able to complete the installation before a tech can get to it.

How to Change Your Password

You can change your LBUSD password on a PC computer by depressing the CTRL+ALT+DEL keys simultaneously on your keyboard. You should then see an option to Change a Password.
 

NOTE: This will change your Novell, LBUSD Portal, Outlook, Microsoft, GoogleSynergy & LROIX passwords.
