Canvas Site Settings in Chrome
Have you allowed Canvas to use your Camera, Microphone, and allow Pop-ups and redirects in Chrome?
In Chrome, in the top right, click the three dots, then Settings.
Click Privacy and security, then Site Settings:
Click View permissions and data stored across sites
Click instructure.com then click lbschools.instructure.com
Select Allow for Camera, Microphone, Pop-ups and redirects
